Instructions
Step 1
1. Knead all ingredients until a smooth, non-sticky dough forms.

2. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.

3. Divide dough into medium-sized balls and flatten each ball into a 1cm thick sheet.

4. Dust with flour and let rest for at least 30 minutes.

5. Dip each sheet in water and then sesame seeds (optional).

6.Cook on a preheated, medium-to-high heat saj (griddle).

7. Wait for bubbles to form, then flip and cook until fully puffed.
