Instructions

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced steak, season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sear for 2-3 minutes until browned, then remove and set aside.
Step 2
In the same skillet, add beef broth, milk, and uncooked pasta. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer while stirring occasionally until pasta is al dente (about 10-12 minutes).
Step 3
Stir in sliced jalapeños and cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
Step 4
Add the steak back into the skillet, mix everything together, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
Step 5
Serve warm, garnished with fresh cilantro if desired.
