Instructions
Step 1

Soak boil and peel chickpeas 2 cans

Blend seeds alone until forms a clumpy paste

Add olive oil and blend again until paste
Step 5
Remove excess paste, Add 9/10 chickpeas, set others aside for garnish.

Add lemon juice and mix until nearly uniform. Stir occasionally
Step 7
Add ice and mix again
Step 8
Add separated paste in increments + salt
Step 9
Plate with olive oil, chickpeas, and paprika
