Instructions
Step 1
In a pan over low heat, lightly toast the hazelnuts, almonds and sunflower seeds (about 3 minutes). Place in a blender.
Step 2
Add the sesame, coriander and fennel seeds to the same pan and lightly toast (about 2 minutes). Add to the blender and pulse a few times until mixture is chopped but not a powder. Add cumin, paprika and turmeric and pulse to combine. Place in an air tight container and store refrigerated for up to one month.
Step 3
Use to season soups, vegetable dishes, dips or salads.
