Spicy grilled chicken wrap

Ingredients

500 gmboneless breast
or thigh
3garlic cloves
I added some ginger also
1 ½ tsporegano
I did not have this, used ajwain instead
2 tsppaprika
I used kashmiri chilli
1 ½ tsponion powder
optional
2 tspchilli flakes
1 tspsalt
2 tspblack pepper
0.75lemon juice
lettuce
Shredded
onion
chopped
tomato
spicy sauce
100 gmyoghurt
20 gmsirracha
or any other hot sauce
1garlic
I omitted this
½ tspsalt
½ tsppepper
0.5lemon juice
I omitted this
Fresh coriander
black pepper

Instructions
Step 1
Slice breast into 2 pieces to thin it. Marinate atleast 1/2 hour. Rub little mayo on both sides before putting in pan with little oil.
Step 2
Cook the chicken for 3-4 mins each side, medium heat. Check temp for breast to 165.
Step 3
Dont overcrowd pan, will release liquids.
Step 4
(When using Isetan leg cubes, took a bit longer to reach 165).
Step 5
If used full breast piece, then slice into strips after cooked chicken has rested for 5-10 mins.
Step 6
Put in wrap, with shredded lettuce, then chicken, then onion and tomato and topped with sauce.
