4 litrewater
2 cupskashering salt
course
1/2 cup sugar
½ cupsugar

Instructions

Boil the above
Step 2
Let water cool
Step 3
Put meat into plastic container
Step 4
Cover meat totally with the brine
Step 5
Check it daily. Use something heavy to keep meat immersed , if necessary
Step 6
Meat is ready after 4-5 days
