Ingredients

1 blockfeta cheese
you could use crumbled too I guess but I always use a block

Greek yogurt
Plain, to taste, you’ll wanna use no more than half the volume of the feta

lemon juice
to taste

2 clovesfresh garlic
very finely minced or crushed
Feta brine
not necessary if you like it thicker, but use the brine to thin out the dip to your liking
Instructions
Step 1
Combine feta, minced garlic, and a little bit of yogurt in a food processor. Blend until smooth
Step 2
Add more yogurt to reach the creaminess level you’d like. Blend until combined
Step 3
Add lemon juice and feta brine to taste. The brine is salty so be careful
Step 4
Store in the fridge and enjoy!
