Instructions

Step 1
Make the whipped feta base: Combine feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, and black pepper in a food processor.
Step 2
Blend until creamy: Process 1–2 minutes until smooth, thick, and fluffy. Scrape down the sides if needed.
Step 3
Prepare the blackberry topping: In a small saucepan, mix blackberries, hot honey, regular honey, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt.
Step 4
Cook until glossy: Simmer over medium-low heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring gently, until the berries soften and release a dark purple syrup. Lightly mash a few berries, leaving others whole for texture.
Step 5
Add extra heat (optional): If using jalapeño, stir in finely diced jalapeño and cook 1–2 minutes more, then remove from heat.
Step 6
Spread the dip: Spoon the whipped feta onto a serving plate or shallow bowl. Use the back of a spoon to create swirls.
Step 7
Top it: Spoon the warm blackberry topping over the whipped feta.
Step 8
Finish and serve: Drizzle with extra hot honey, then garnish with fresh blackberries, mint or basil, and cracked black pepper. Serve with toasted baguette slices, pita chips, or crackers.
