Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450°

Heat up 2 tbsp olive oil on medium heat

Cut onion in slices & slice green pepper in long sections

Add onion and green pepper to pan and sauté for about 7 minutes or until soft

Remove onion and pepper from pan, then add shredded beef steak

Season beef steak with salt and pepper and distribute evenly throughout pan. Cook on high until mostly done, flipping pieces when needed.

Once complete, put heat on low, add green pepper and onion to pan, stir, then top with provolone slices.
Step 8
Cover the pan, then prepare ciabatta bread on pan. Brush melted butter and olive oil on the inside of the bun. Then lay flat on baking sheet and put in oven for about 5 minutes or until slightly crispy. Allow steam to simmer with cheese for about 10 minutes or until cheese is fully melted. Mixing every now and then.
