.1/2 cup (113g) nonfat Greek yogurt (12g protein)
.1 tbsp light mayo
. 1 tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo
sauce (or chipotle powder)
. 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Step 1
• Start by adding your chopped bell peppers and onions into a hot skillet and allow them to dance around until they're nice and sauteed.

• Now add in one pound of your lean ground beef.

• Add some low sodium taco seasoning. Once it's 80% cooked.
Step 4
• Add in some light sour cream in the mix until it is nice and well incorporated.
Step 5
• Add that mixture onto your large tortilla wrap with some low fat cheese well then in half and onto a medium high heat pan.
