Ground Beef Tacos

Serve with Easy Mexican roasted potatoes/ refried Beans/ rice/ grilled corn Other toppings: salsa/ guacamole/ cilantro/ sliced Avocadoes/ jalapeños/ pineapple‌ ‌Salsa‌/ scallions/ bell Peppers Only added 1tsp chilli powder as my 3 year old was also eating it. Next time I will increase it to 2tsp as the spice was quite mild.

Instructions

For the Taco Meat:

Step 1
Combine the onion and ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook, until ground beef is cooked through and crumbled. Drain any excess fat and return skillet to stove top.
Step 2
Add in the tomato sauce and taco seasonings and stir over medium-low heat. Let the mixture simmer, until the sauce is thickened and flavors have had a chance to enhance, about 5 to 7 minutes.

For the Tacos:

Step 3
Serve the taco meat while hot with the tortillas and other toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
