1 lblean ground lamb

0.33 Conion
minced

0.5 Cdry bread crumbs

1egg

½ tspdried marjoram

½ tspground black pepper

salt
to taste

2potatoes
medium

1bell pepper

2zucchini

2tomatoes
sliced 1/2 inch thick

parsley
optional, garnish
For the Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Combine lamb, onion, bread crumbs, egg, 1/2 tsp marjoram, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and salt. Divide into 12 portions, shape into small rolls.
Step 3
Scrub potatoes and slice into 1/4 inch sticks. Cut bell pepper into 1/4 inch slices. Cut zucchini in half crosswise, then cut lengthwise into quarters.
Step 4
In an oiled baking dish, layer ingredients as follows: potatoes, then zucchini, followed by the lamb rolls and bell pepper.
Step 5
Combine sauce ingredients and pour over the meat. Top with tomato slices and parsley. Bake for 1 hour.
