Instructions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Step 2
Sauté chopped sweet peppers and tomatoes until soft.
Step 3
Crack in the eggs, scramble or fry as desired.
Step 4
Crumble feta over the eggs during the last minute of cooking.
Step 5
Toast the sourdough bread.
Step 6
Plate everything and sprinkle nutritional yeast on top of the eggs.
Step 7
Serve with walnuts on the side.
