Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl smash up the banana
Step 2
Mix in brown sugar, dash of vanilla, and protien powder
Step 3
In a small sauce pan add 1 C water, dash of salt and dash of vanilla. Bring to a boil
Step 4
Add 1/2 C oats to boiling water and cook for 3-5 minutes stirring occasionally
Step 5
Once oats are cooked where little liquid remains, add them to the bowl with banana mixture and mix thoroughly.
Step 6
Top with chocolate chips (let them sit a minute on top), then mix them in. Letting them sit on top a minute will keep them from fully melting and chocolate flavor overtaking the other flavors. You can also add a splash of heavy whipping cream if oats are dryer than you prefer.
