4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup grape tomatoes
1 cup sliced cucumber
1 cup sliced red onion
1 1/4 cup black olives
2 tablespoons sliced banana peppers
8 ounce fresh mozzarella pearls
1 cup sliced salami(I used beef)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
In a bowl combine Honey olive oil Mustard apple cider vinegar salt pepper garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Set aside. Add salad ingredients to a large bowl. Top with dressing toss well and serve.
