Instructions
Step 1
Toast all ingredients in dry pan over medium heat until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
Step 2
Swirl the pan gently and toss the seeds occasionally to keep from burning.
Step 3
Allow to cool.
Step 4
Add the mixture to a spice grinder and grind into consistent, soft powder.
Step 5
Store in airtight spice jar out of the light.
