4chicken breasts

150gyoghurt

1 Tbsplemon juice

1 Tbspgarlic

ginger

1 Tbspgaram masala

1 tspcumin

1 tspcorriander

1 tsppaprika

½ tspturmeric

salt

pepper

2 Tbspoil

1onion
finely chopped

2garlic
minced

1 inchginger
minced

1 Tbsptomato puree

400gtinned tomatoes

1 tspgaram masala

1 tspcumin

1 tspcorriander

½ tspchilli powder

½ tspturmeric

400gcoconut milk

1 Tbspbutter
Instructions
Step 1
Marinade chicken overnight with yoghurt and spices
Step 2
Dice onion into a pan, and add spices. Cook for 10 mins
Step 3
Add tomato puree and cook for 2 minutes. Take out and option to blend into a sauce
Step 4
Fry off or grill chicken on a medium heat - you just want the colour
Step 5
Remove chicken, add tinned tomatoes and scrape bottom of pan
Step 6
Add sauce mix, coconut milk, yoghurt and simmer for 15 mins. Add butter
Step 7
Add chicken for final 5 mins
