Marinade

3garlic cloves

3 Tbspgreek yoghurt

3 Tbsplemon juice

1 Tbspwhite wine vinegar

1 Tbspolive oil

1 ½ Tbspdried oregano

1 tspcooking salt

¼ tspblack pepper
Tzatziki
Instructions
Step 1
Marinade the chicken in a ziplock bag for at least 3-24 hours
Step 2
Mix the tzatziki ingredients and set aside for 20 mins to allow flavours to meld
Step 3
Remove chicken from marinade 30 minutes prior to cooking and leave on counter. Discard marinade. Cook the chicken for 3-4 mins each side until internal temperature is 72 degrees
Step 4
Let chicken rest for 5 minutes and then slice. Assemble gyros roll with flatbread, tzatziki, chicken and any salad
