Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
Step 2
Mix cottage cheese, bananas, honey, vanilla and eggs.
Step 3
Add flour and baking soda, mixing until combined.
Step 4
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes. Do not overcook.
