Instructions

Step 1
Start by cutting a piece of baking paper onto your counter, making sure it’s not too big, spray lightly with the oil, so it’s ready for the eggy brioche to go onto.
Step 2
Crack your eggs into a bowl and whisk them until the mixture is smooth and well combined, dip each slice of brioche into the egg mixture, ensuring that the bread is thoroughly soaked.
Step 3
Allow any excess egg to drip off before placing it onto the oiled baking paper. Be generous with the soak to get that perfect golden-brown texture.
Step 4
Once soaked place onto the baking paper and spray each slice with oil.
Step 5
Pre heat your air fryer on 200c for about 3 minutes. This step ensures that the air fryer is hot and ready to crisp up the French toast.
Step 6
Place your baking paper into the air fryer and cook on 200c for 8 minutes, turning each piece halfway.
Step 7
While the breads are cooking, wash and slice your strawberries.
Step 8
Once cooked serve with your fruits and sift over a little icing sugar for that sweet treat.
