Instructions
Step 1
Sauté the onion, red pepper, garlic and chilli flakes with a glug of oil in a pan for 10 minutes, until soft. Add the tomato purée and cook for a further 5 minutes, until darkened. Add the paprika, vinegar, cream and beans, including the liquid from the tin.
Step 2
Mix well and bring to a bubble, then allow to cook for 5 minutes until warmed through and thick. Season generously with salt and pepper.
Step 3
To serve, crumble over the feta and scatter over the basil and chilli flakes. Drizzle with olive oil and enjoy with the slices of crusty bread
