Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in pot
Step 2
Add garlic, onion, peppers, jalapeño and tomatoes, sauté for 2 minutes

Add cumin and then chicken stock
Step 4
Bring to boil and reduce heat to simmer for 10 minutes
Step 5
Add tortilla chips and cook for 5 more minutes
Step 6
Blend soup till smooth with immersion blender season with salt and pepper
Step 7
Serve in bowl and garnish with sour cream, avocado, tortilla chips and shredded cheese
