Ingredients
4 servings

1lime
cut in half

4green onions
chopped and greens separated from whites

2jalapenos
diced

2Roma tomatoes
diced

6 Tbspfat-free plain Greek yogurt

2 Tbspsouthwest spice blend
¼ cuplow sodium tomato paste

2 Tbsptex mex paste

2cans no-salt-added black beans

4 tspchicken stock concentrate

20 ozlean ground turkey

salt

black pepper

extra virgin olive oil

4whole wheat tortillas
Instructions
Step 1
Heat a large drizzle of oil in a heavy bottom pot over med-high heat. Add green onion whites and most of the diced jalapenos. Season with salt and pepper and cook 5-7 min.
Step 2
In a small bowl combine yogurt and juice of half the lime, season with salt and pepper. Add water a tsp at a time until mixture is drizzling consistency
Step 3
Add turkey and spice blend to pot and cook until browned and cooked through, 4-6 min.
Step 4
Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, and tex mex paste. Cook 2 min
Step 5
Add beans and their liquid, stock concentrate, and 1/2 cup water. Simmer 8-10 min.
Step 6
Serve chili topped with remaining dice jalapenos, a drizzle of crema, a squeeze of lime, and greens of onion.
