Instructions
Step 1
Brown beef in large skillet or dutch oven
Step 2
Add broccoli and beef broth. Bring to bubbling, then reduce to simmer uncovered, 5 minutes
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine tamari, stevia, mustard, sesame oil, and garlic. Pour over beef mixture and gently combine. Simmer 3-5 minutes or until broccoli is just tender.
Step 4
If desired, whisk in xanthan gum to thicken and simmer to develop.
Step 5
Serve over riced hearts of palm or palm noodles, riced cauliflower, or cabbage strips. Garnish with sesame seeds and additional spring onion.
Step 6
***Note: if you like spicy food, use sesame chili oil and garnish with sliced chilies***
