Instructions

Step 1
Combine dry ingredients and mix together (except flour).

Add vanilla, egg yolks, sourdough discard, flour and mix until almost combined.

Step 3
Add brown butter and mix until combined.

Fold in chocolate chips.

Step 5
Portion into 70 g (12 regular) or 105 g (8 big) balls. Top with a few chips and sea salt or Himalayan pink salt.

Store in an air-tight container (fridge or freezer) until ready to bake. Bake at 350 degrees - 12-14 minutes from fridge,15-18 minutes from frozen.
Step 7
Cool completely on wire rack before packaging.
