Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, combine all sauce ingredients. Mix until smooth and set aside.

Set up three dredging stations:

• Station 1: Flour and corn starch

• Station 2: Egg whites
Step 5
• Station 3: Panko
Step 6
Season chicken tenders generously with sea salt and black pepper.
Step 7
Dredge each tender in flour, then dip in egg whites, then coat in panko.
Step 8
Place tenders in the air fryer and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 9
Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes, flipping at the 6-minute mark.
Step 10
Toss the cooked tenders in the prepared sauce and serve immediately.
