1 Tbspsake
1 Tbspsoy sauce
2 tsppotato starch
2 Tbspoil
1 Tbspginger
grated
1 Tbspgarlic
grated
1green pepper
cut into strips
1red pepper
cut into strips
1 tspsesame
Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, combine beef, sake, soy sauce and potato starch.
Step 3
Heat oil high heat, add grated garlic and ginger.
Step 4
Then add beef, cook until the meat is cooked. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
Step 5
Use the same pan, add peppers and cook for about 3 -4 minutes.
Step 6
Pour the sauce and let the beef and peppers coat in the sauce. Sprinkle the sesame.
