Step 1
1. Dice Veggies. Sautee tomatoes and onions

2. Sear shrimp with your oreffered amount of kinders, dash, garlic, Goya, and cayenne. Or your prefered seasoning of choice

3. Grab a mixing bowl and mix Arugula with all the veggies, cilantro, pepper, lemon, oil, parm/quinoa if desired

4. Plate salad, add shrimp and avocadoes
