800gPork Mince
Extra Lean
1egg
30gMinced Garlic
50gPanko Breadcrumbs
1 tspSalt
Italian
garlic powder
1 spItalian Seasoning
Extra virgin olive oil spray
30gginger paste
15mllight soy sauce
Teriyaki Sauce
1 TbspExtra virgin olive oil
60mlLight Soy Sauce
15mlRice Wine
15gGinger paste
15gMinced garlic
0.5 Cupwater
1 TbspCorn flour
1 tspSesame Oil
Pure
30gbrown sugar
Vege Rice
Instructions
Step 1
Combine all the teriyaki sauce ingredients. Set aside.1.
Step 2
Wash rice and cook with grated carrot and zucchini.2.
Step 3
Add all meatball ingredients to a bowl and combine well.(excluding olive oil spray)
Step 4
Evenly roll 20 meatballs. 4.
Step 5
To a hot pan lightly spray olive oil, add meatballs, flipping when browned. Remove and set aside.
Step 6
To the same pan add the sauce mix, simmer until sticky, then add the meatballs back in and coat completely.
Step 7
To each container add 1/2 cup cooked rice and 5 meatballs. 7.
Step 8
Store in fridge
