Baked Mac and Cheese w tomato sauce
To make 2 to 3 portions, use 1 full bag of mac and 1 big can of tomato sauce

Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil with salt then add the macaroni. Stir immediately to prevent sticking. Cook it for 6 minutes. Save 1 cup water, drain rest of pasta

To make sauce, fry onion and garlic
Step 3
Put mushroom, cubed carrots, preggo sauce, pasta water, herbs (oregano, parsley, mixed herbs), pepper, 1 tsp masala, chilli flakes, cheese (cheddar). Once it boils a bit, add in cooked pasta
Step 4
After turning stove off, add in halved baby tomatoes in sauce
Step 5
Put in pyrex, layer with cheese
Step 6
Bake for 15 mins till top turns brown in 200c
