300gsalmon
skin off

3 Tbspolive oil

2 Tbspgarlic powder

1 Tbspsalt

1 Tbsppepper

4 sticksimitation crab
shredded

0.5 blockcream cheese

1 cupKewpie mayonnaise

1 cupsriracha

furikake

Kewpie mayonnaise
extra

Sriracha
extra

toasted sesame seeds

green onions
chopped

Nori seaweed
to serve

1cucumber
sliced, to serve, optional

1avocado
sliced, to serve, optional
Sushi Rice
Instructions
Step 1
To make sushi rice, add cooked rice, sushi vinegar and mayonnaise into large mixing bowl and mix well until combined, set aside.



Step 2
To cook salmon, add garlic powder, salt, pepper and olive oil onto salmon fillets and rub until coated. Cook in preheated oven or air fryer at 200°C/400°F for 10 minutes.







Step 3
In a large bowl, add imitation crab and cooked salmon and cut into small pieces with scissors. Add cream cheese, mayonnaise and Sriracha. Give it a good mix until combined.





Step 4
In a large oven baking dish, add sushi rice and press it down evenly flat. Sprinkle Furikake and add salmon-crab mix on top, spread evenly.


Step 5
Bake in preheated oven at 200°C/380°F for 10 minutes.

Step 6
Take sushi bake out of oven, and drizzle mayonnaise and Sriracha on top. Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions on top and serve with nori seaweed on the side. OPTIONAL: Serve with cucumbers and avocado slices.
