Instructions
Step 1
Cut chicken into small pieces and cook in a skillet on medium-high heat with butter
Step 2
Season chicken with salt, pepper, cayenne, cumin, dried cilantro and chilli powder
Step 3
Cook until chicken is cooked through. Move. Chicken to the edges of the skillet and pour in about 1T of olive oil in the skillet. Add uncooked, rinsed rice and stir around for a couple minutes
Step 4
Add tomato sauce, garlic powder and chicken broth. Stir well, cover and cook on medium-low for 15-20 minutes or until rice is cooked
Step 5
Microwave queso and pour some over the chicken and rice
