1 ½ cupbasmati rice
2 cupswater
1 tspsalt
1 Tbspbutter
¼ cupcilantro
2limes
2 lbschicken thighs
1 tsppaprika
1 tspcumin
½ tspchili powder
1 tspgarlic powder

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
1 Tbspolive oil
1.5can black beans
1.5avocado
1.5tomato
1red onion
1jalapeño
¼ cupcilantro

Instructions
Step 1
Add butter to a pot and then add your basmati rice then season with salt and add 3 cups of water and then once rice is cooked add cilantro and lime
Step 2
Cut your chicken thighs into bites size pieces
Step 3
Season chicken with
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 lemon
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
Step 4
Add 1 tbsp olive oil to a pan and cook you chicken
Step 5
Add your canned beans into a pot and season it with the same seasonings as your chicken thighs
Step 6
Dice your tomatoes, red onions, avocado, and jalapeño and put it all in one bowl and season with salt, lime juice and olive oil
Step 7
Now assemble your dish. Start with your rice, then you chicken, and beans and then salsa
