Instructions

Step 1
1. In a pot, heat up the milk on medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes until bubble appear, not boiling

2. Separate the egg yolk and egg white, whipped the egg yolks with honey until it has risen

3. Let the milk cool down, warm enough to stick your finger in for 5 seconds, Temper the whipped egg yolks and pour back into the pot, continue to boil on low heat until thicken a bit
Step 4
(Optional). Whip the egg white til stiff peak, then fold the egg white into the pot

5. Pour the beverage into a glass jar or a heat safe container, place in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight, it will thicken up and then serve it chilled
Step 6
4. After the mixture has thicken, let it cool off then pour in the yogurt, mix until well combined
