Marinade

14 ouncecanned beef broth

2 tablespoonliquid smoke flavoring

¼ cupWorcestershire sauce

2 tablespoononion powder

2 tablespoongarlic salt

5 poundbeef brisket
¼ cupspicy stirfry sauce

Instructions
Marinade
Step 1
Whisk together the beef broth, liquid smoke, Worcestershire, garlic salt, and onion powder in a bowl.
Step 2
Pour into a plastic bag and add the brisket; Coat with marinade and seal.
Step 3
Marinate in fridge for 24 hours. (Turn bag over a few times to ensure the meat is evenly marinated)
To cook
Step 4
Play garlic liquid smoke, and Worcestershire in crockpot.
Step 5
Pour in beer.
Step 6
Remove brisket from marinade and shake off excess; Discard marinade.
Step 7
Place in crockpot and top with onion.
Step 8
Cook on low for eight hours.
