Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, and optional feta and onion.

2. Mix gently until just combined — don’t overmix.

3. Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
Step 4
4. Lightly oil the griddle surface.
Step 5
5. Form turkey into 3 large loose balls (about 1 lb each) OR 6 medium patties (if you prefer).

6. Place balls onto the griddle and immediately smash them flat with a spatula.
Step 7
7. Cook for about 4–5 minutes on the first side until edges are browned.
Step 8
8. Flip patties and cook for another 4–5 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Step 9
9. Serve hot over salad greens, inside pita bread, or with grilled veggies
