Instructions

Step 1
Mix the wet ingredients together until well-combined.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, sea salt, baking powder, and 1 Tbsp of CINNAMON SUGAR MIXTURE
Step 3
Add the dry mixture to the wet and fold until uniform.
Step 4
Transfer batter to the prepared loaf pan (I lined it with parchment paper) and swirl in half of the cinnamon sugar mixture then pour the rest of the cinnamon/sugar on top.
Step 5
Bake @ 350 for 55-60 minutes or until a fork comes out fairly clean. Let cool completely before slicing!
