Instructions
Step 1
Cook onions in 1tbsp of coconut oil until translucent
Step 2
Add ground turkey and all seasonings and cook until browned
Step 3
Drain the grease from the pan and set meat aside
Step 4
Using the same pan, lay your tortillas and add a little cheese to one side
Step 5
Add meat to tortillas and fold. Let them get crispy on both sides (sometimes I use a little avocado oil to help get them crispy)
Step 6
Top with salsa, cilantro, and lime
