Instructions

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F and grease a muffin tin.
Step 2
Crack eggs into medium bowl and whisk together with cottage cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Step 3
Divide egg mixture evenly between 12 muffin cups and add bell pepper and sausage pieces to each cup.
Step 4
Top with shredded cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
