Instructions
Step 1
Step 1: Soak the Barley
Step 2
Wash and rinse 5–6 tbsp of whole barley thoroughly.
Step 3
Soak it in water for at least 4–5 hours (or overnight if preferred).

Step 2: Cook the Barley

In a pan, bring 600–700 ml of water to a boil.
Step 6
Add the soaked barley.
Step 7
Lower the heat and simmer for 20–25 minutes until the barley is soft and the water is slightly thickened and cloudy.
Step 8
Let the mixture cool slightly, then transfer both the barley and the barley water into a clean container.
Step 9
Leave the barley water with the cooked barley at room temperature overnight to ferment slightly.
Step 10
In a separate container, soak 2 tsp of fennel seeds in water overnight.
Step 11
in a glass add saunf water, barley water, lemon juice pink salt ,pudina and drink
