Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Instructions

Step 1
In a saucepan, cover potatoes with 3 cups water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cover. Cook until soft (about 10 minutes).
Step 2
Next, add in your broccoli, nutritional yeast, bouillon, remaining water and garlic powder. Cover and cook until broccoli is tender (about 5 minutes)
Step 3
Take half your soup and blend in a blender until smooth. You can also use an immersion blender just make sure you don't blend everything completely, it’s better if there are some chunks in it.
