Instructions

Step 1
1. Fry the diced onion and garlic in olive oil over medium to high heat
Step 2
2: Add in the shredded vegan chicken pieces and fry for a few minutes
Step 3
3: Add in 3 cups of stock water with tomato paste, herbs and spices and let boil for a few minutes
Step 4
4: Add in rest of vegetables, rice and another 2 cups of water and boil until all vegetables are soft and rice is cooked - add water as needed
