Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

2. Slice focaccia bread in half through the middle and spread approximately 1/4 cup of softened butter on the faces of each half of the loaf.

3. Sprinkle about 1 1/2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese over the butter on each half.
Step 4
4. Arrange about 3 cloves of sliced garlic on each face of the bread, and then sprinkle about 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano over the top of each half.
Step 5
5. Bake bread on a baking sheet for 10 to 12 minutes or until the top begins to brown. Slice and serve.
