Step 1
Mash banana and break egg in.
Step 2
Whisk together until combined then add the oats, spices and pinch of salt.
Step 3
Melt a knob of butter in a frying pan and when melted add the oat mixture.
Step 4
When its toasted turn with a spatula and keep turning over until its all browned and clumping like granola.
Step 5
Serve with yogurt, a drizzle of honey and fruit. A perfect healthy way to start the day.
