Ingredients
8 servings

1onion
or green onion whites, chopped

3garlic cloves
minced

2carrots
chopped

2celery stalks
chopped

10baby potatoes
halved

½ cupred lentils
rinsed

1 linkfrozen sausage
whole is fine — slice after cooking

1frozen chicken breast

6 cupschicken broth
or water + bouillon

1 tspsalt

½ tsppepper

1 tspdried thyme

1 tspparsley

1bay leaf
optional

spinach
stir in at the end

Instructions
Step 1
Sauté aromatics: turn on sauté mode, add a splash of oil, sauté onion, garlic, celery, and carrots for 4–5 minutes

Step 2
Cancel Sauté, remove vegetables into a side bowl for later.

Step 3
Add the following into the pressure cooker, use soup mode, once all ingredients are in. Close lid ensuring pressure valve closed.

Step 4
Quick release the pressure. Carefully turn the valve (watch for steam)
Step 5
Open pressure cooker: slice sausage, shred chicken. Re- add to your broth, your sliced/shredded proteins + add back your vegetables you sautéd.
Step 6
Stir in a handful of spinach, let it wilt for 1–2 minutes
Step 7
Taste and adjust salt or herbs if needed — then serve!
