Step 1
In a skillet, add oil, minced garlic, and pasta. Stir until garlic becomes fragrant and pasta and oil are well mixed, roughly one minute. Add broth, simmer until most of the liquid is evaporated. Add heavy cream and simmer until most of the liquid is evaporated. Stir in butter and parmesan until pasta is well coated. Garnish with parsley.
