Instructions
Step 1
Cube up the chicken, bell peppers, onion, and pineapple into bite-sized pieces
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, add the chicken, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix together
Step 3
Add bell peppers, onion, and BBQ sauce. Mix together
Step 4
Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 350F for 20 minutes
Step 5
Add pineapple chunks and bake for another 20 minutes
Step 6
Remove and squeeze lime juice over pan.
Step 7
Top with sesame seeds and serve!
