Step 1

Dice brown onion and chop chicken breast
Step 2

Trim and cut green beans in half
Step 3

Add chopped chicken to pan add chicken stock mix and tomato paste
Step 4

Cook for further 2 minutes and stir in basmati rice
Step 5

Add 350ml of cold water to pan and bring to boil. Add green beans and sultanas
Step 6

Fluff rice with fork
Step 7

Serve
