Chinese Fondue

6 steps
Prep:20h
A Québec-style Chinese fondue is a cozy communal meal where thinly sliced meats, seafood, and vegetables are cooked at the table in a simmering broth, often beef-based. Popular in Québec households, it’s typically served in mine with a variety of dipping sauces, tortellini. a fresh baguette and a side of fun conversation. Perfect for cold nights and festive gatherings.
