Ingredients

1can chicken

0.25onion

¼ tsplime juice
¼ tspdry Dijon mustard

1stalk celery

1 tablespponcilantro

¼ cupmayo

2avocados
sliced in half

1 tablespoonBlack beans
to stuff

½ tablespoonSour cream
to top it

1 tablespoonSalsa
to pour over it gently

1 tablespoonCheese
to stuff

1 tablespoonCorn
to stuff

cilantro
chopped, to sprinkle over
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the first seven of ingredients together
Step 2
2 avocados sliced in half and then spoon out a tiny bit of avocado to add as extra on the sides(if you feel the hole from the seed is too small).
Step 3
Stuffing -The next six ingredients are your stuffing
Step 4
1 tablespoon corn, black beans and cheese to stuff and a dollop of sour cream on that top.
Step 5
1 tablespoon Salsa to pour over it gently
Step 6
Handful chopped cilantro to sprinkle over as garnish
